Paul’s passion for the food he prepares and the local produce that he sources shines with each event he caters. While Paul offers an estimate for each type of event, he understands the individualism, design and atmosphere of each event are different and so no dish is set in stone. Catering for weddings out of the Willie Smith Apple Shed, for large scale corporate events out of PW1 on Hobart’s Waterfront, and for intimate special occasion dinners out of client family home’s, Paul has experience catering for an array of different events.

Paul catered for our wedding. It was the most amazing food and experience! Paul made the lead-up and preparation for our wedding so easy, he was reassuring and always held our confidence that we'd be happy on our special night!


The quality of food, presentation, and quantity was superb. Our guests were so excited by what was put in front of them to share and everyone was very complimentary!


We wanted to have a wedding where the food was one of the main features and it absolutely was - so many people have said to us that it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding, and I know multiple people (myself included) are still dreaming about that dessert.


The bar/waitstaff who worked on the day were also lovely and excellent.
