With a combined 55 years of experience under their belts, Paul and John Xintavelonis are the Chef and the Showman. Two extroverts walk in to a kitchen sounds like the start of a bad joke, but it was the beginning of a great friendship and a competition for the best gags for these two. Starting out at the food theatre at the Taste of the Huon over 6 years ago, this pair promoted local produce and inspired audiences with comedy and exceptional dishes.

No stranger to the spotlight John has appeared in musicals in Hobart and on the Mainland such as Pumba in The Lion King, Mr Braithewaite in Billy Elliot, and recently as The Cowardly Lion in The Wizard of Oz. Throw in some of Paul’s master cookery and Dad jokes, you have yourself a show!
