What originally started out as Paul Foreman Events and Catering 10 years ago has now developed into a thriving business that incorporates consulting, catering and event management, a vintage food van and corporate engagement.

Paul Foreman was employed by Home Hill Winery Restaurant as a Consultant for the kitchen side of our business. His brief was to give us direction and to gauge to how efficiently we were performing and to address issues that we required assistance with.
Paul’s recommendations and guidance were followed through resulting in a more efficiently run kitchen and an increase in teamwork from the staff was recognised.
